Debbi Kuhne has over 25 years experience in the insurance industry. Debbi joined the Litchfield Insurance Group in 1992 as a Commercial Lines Supervisor. 

In her current position as Director of Client Services, she is responsible for Workers Compensation Claim Management and developing and implementing value added services for our clients.

Debbi has attended extensive training course on topics of FMLA, COBRA, ADA, etc. and is an essential part in assisting clients with compliance in these areas.  In her diverse position, Debbi continues to broaden her knowledge of the multiple issues that employer’s face with federal regulations.

Debbi joined WAIW in September 1992 and has held the offices of Secretary, Vice President, and President (twice), as well as chaired many committees. She has attended 8 Regional Conferences and 4 National Conferences. 

Debbi resides in Torrington, CT with her cat, Samantha.
